How disappointed I have been with the Craft company recently. In the past I order exclusively from them but have ordered from o5er companies in recent years. They used to be so reliable I could rely on them to deliver what I needed and so helpful when I rang with a query. My recent orders the first of which they didn’t deliver at all despite telling me it would arrive in time for the cake I was making I had to ring and cancel. The second order I did was for two items one very small bottle of colouring the other a large pot of Meri-White. Parcel arrived without the Meri-White in a large box quite unsuitable for a small bottle. I won’t be ordering again.

Bought 50 eight inch cake boxes from this company, they were by far the best value for money and good quality. They were exactly as described and with fast delivery.
